        It's 4 star hotel look like a boutique style. Full facilities. Great location. Spacious room. Best amenities in a room. Enough storage at the lobby for a group check in, lively and colourful restaurant served bfast lunch and dinner. Great meeting rooms facilities, some of their room are with smorking balcony... And this is brilliant. Tiffany colour alleys with nice decoration. Those love and do special perfume as collection and enjoy their signature perfume here. Friendly staff and good food.

        Beautiful, Modern, and Great Location Almaty, Kazakhstan seems to be a European city. Hotel Kazzhol Park fits right in with that feeling. It is located in the heart of the city, is modern, clean, very nice. My room is spacious with a park view from the second floor. Rooms come with stocked mini-fridge, lots of bath accessories, safe for valuables, and hot water kettle. The included breakfast has a wide array of options and the chef will prepare eggs to your request. The staff is friendly and efficient. I really like this hotel and am impressed. I would happily stay here again.

        Mixed feelings about this hotel. The front desk staff are nice but scattered....ask them how much it costs (expensive) to do laundry and they'll be opening all the drawers looking for the answer. The key to the room didn't work two days in a row requiring multiple trips down. I got yelled at by some staff lady when I walked in to check out the gym in the morning. Apparently, unbeknownst to me she left the door open to vacuum the place and it wasn't officially open yet. I'm a hotel guest not her child. Very odd. The buffet breakfast is good, a good variety.

        A sort of boutique hotel. The breakfast is kind of ok/average. It is located in a quiet residential area. There is a park opposite which is great. Not many restaurants close by (Mc Donald’s and KFC and few coffee shops at a 5-10 minute walk). Restaurants and bars (if you like them) are 15-20 mins by walk, which isn’t too bad because the city is very walking friendly.

        Excellent hotel and amenities. Staff was pleasant, co-operative and smiling. Receptionists were fluent in English. Location was within the city. Rooms were neat and clean though we did find some flies on the window ledge in our room, even though the windo was shut. Most importantly the airconditioning system was very good. Buffet breakfast spread was adequate and varied. Hotel enjoyed very good occupancy rate , due to which there was a bit of a crowd at the "omelette making station". On one day, they had placed a young chef at the omelette making station who didn't understand english and he was slow in his job. he had also not switched on the second burner due to whc there was delay. All in all we have enjoyed our stay here and wish the hotel further Success.
