If location and price are your priority, you can't go wrong with KDM hotel. The rooms are pretty basic and a little old, but clean. Service is also basic, but perfectly efficient. At a major intersection with two metro lines and multiple buses, it is super convenient. Two good coffee shops in walking distance.

The location of the hotel is really close to the MRT so it is really convenient to go anywhere. The price of the room is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and professional. They also recommended us to a traditional Taiwanese breakfast place close to the hotel and it was delicious and the price is extremely resonable. Definitely will go back if we ever visit Taipei again.

Located direct at a MRT station.Several restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.Great. Nice and friendly staff.Breakfast not recommendable, sorry. But despite that,I will come back. Nice,a little old fashioned but thatdoes not really matter.

3/5. FANTASTIC location, easy to get to food (across the street from higher level educational institution). The hotel is on the corner of a major street, so there are lots of restaurants and small shops nearby. The MRT is literally right outside of the entrance, a 10 second walk as soon as you leave the lobby. Stayed in room 1103, on the small side. This wasn't really even the main problem. As soon as you walked past the entry way, the sink was on the left OUTSIDE of the bathroom and actually INSIDE of the resting/sleeping area. The bathroom itself was a super weird configuration and very cramped. You couldn't open the door if someone were using the toilet. The water from the shower head leaked heavily out of the stall. We had 2 double sized beds, and they were comfortable enough. Room was a bit dark owing to the dark floor boards (probably laminate or vinyl). If I were travelling w/ a friend who didn't care TOO much about amenities and room config, then I would probably stay here. If I were traveling w/ kids, then I would not come here. Staff was friendly enough. We usually aren't too demanding, so not much to be said about service.

Great location, the staff were super helpful too. The only downside is that the room is a bit small and I had some bed bugs biting my legs

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
