Amazing service, great breakfast, cute rooms, thin walls, liked the slippers and common area kitchen was convenient, comfy beddings, great price, cheap bike rental, games to play, we loved it and if we ever visit the area again, we will definitely stay again

This place is beautiful, the rooms are very confortable. You need to share the toilet and bath but all are clean good point! The staff is very kind they help us to got a taxi in a raining day. We enjoy to much this hotel when we visited Kyoto.

Lovely little hotel and cafe! Try the French toast and drip coffee in the mornings. We were allowed to leave our bags at reception until 5pm after we checked out. Very friendly staff! Unfortunately it’s quite out of the way, and not near a subway line. Most of Kyoto’s attractions are around the edges of the city, not in the middle (where this hotel is). Be prepared for lots of bus trips! (Which are enjoyable, minus the traffic in the evenings).

Nice place to stay. Quiet and clean. Even the shared guest room, kitchen and bathroom, it's really nice and clean. Got some board game, book and free coffee with nice coffee maker. Food is pretty good and fresh, i always love japanese style food. The staff also very nice and welcoming, no trouble communicating because they can speak english really well. Overall really pleasant experience and willing to come back again next time.

I stayed for 10 days: room was a bit dark because I was on the second floor but it was very comfortable, quiet, clean and came with a sink. The breakfast is delicious and also the roasted green tea parfait. Staff is very friendly!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
