Not far from station, walk 4-5 minutes, a small hill slope. Twin room is nice with sofa, spacious, tidy n clean. 2 choices of breakfast, the Japanese set is very good, western is just so so.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is very convenient to Shinagawa Station. It is closed to shops and restaurants. In Japan rooms are always small due to limited space. So this is no big deal. You can see Tokyo Tower from the 7th floor. I would come back to stay again.

The hotel is located very close to the Shinagawa station. It’s only a few minutes on foot. There are many shops, restaurants, pharmacies around the hotel, so you can enjoy shopping. The hotel is clean but a bit old. It took twice a time to take a simple shower because the water coming out for the tap is very limited quantity. I wonder why they don’t fix this problem!? There’s a complimentary tea-coffee corner at the lobby floor, so if you wan to enjoy drinks in your room, you can take some tea bags and such things from there. The breakfast is available at the next door at Royal Host restaurant.

Clean facilities, small rooms without feeling cramped. The service is friendly, as expected, and the included Japanese breakfast menu set was of much higher quality than I came to expect from Western hotels. Great location if you need to be close to Shinagawa Station. Good value for the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
