Really recommend if you are looking for a place to stay with conveniently accessible to monorail for Haneda Airport. Also, Ex Twin room is recommended if you would like to see Tokyo Tower View!

Good business hotel in Daimon/Hamamatsucho area. Access to Oedo and Keihin line was the main reason for choosing the hotel (access to/from Haneda and Yokohama). JR station is a decent walk so be prepared. Room size is typical Japanese business hotel level in Tokyo.

Great location, right across of exit A4 and A5 DAIMON-STATION, so it was easy to find. The service is very GOOD, they allow me to keep our luggages even though I'm not satying with them anymore. Will stay here again next time on my trip to Tokyo.

Found the place very easily following google. Although Google will tell me to come out of exit A6, A5 is closer, quite literally next to the hotel. You can check in via the machine without talking to staff. They kept my luggage for me for free until check in time. Rooms are clean, have bathtub, quiet and peaceful, can't ask for anymore. Checkout can leave card in a box. Literally nothing bad to say. If the manager sees this review I would really love to know where I can buy the pillows they have in their rooms!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
