Good hotel, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the sheets and towels felt very scratchy. Seems like they were both at the end of their usage life. Great soundproofing from the train and amazing blinds that provides near pitch black darness.

We enjoyed our stay, just the Entrance was difficult to find using Google Maps. Use the Entrance of Simbamba Station but climb no Stairs and you are right at the Entrance. This is also what my Pictures are about. As the Hotel is directly at the Station the Trains are slow and you hear less then in other Hotels at big roads. We liked it. They have fresh Coffee for free. Always a good Start in the Morning!

Very nice stay here! The location is really convenient and you can easily get to/from Shimbamba Station via the North entrance/exit. Place was really clean and comfy, passing trains didn’t bother me at all, and the staff was really helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

My first hotel in Japan so I can't make the comparison with others. Just a little share. Its located right at Shimbamba station (or 1.3km from Shinagawa Station). Very convenient on transportation sector. EX provides breakfast coupons 390yen at a fastfood store next to it on the right. (Only 3 options and I think the set is too small) The room is quite small, but clean and well equipped. The staff is hospitable and can speak English. This is a good destination for officer, businessman whose offices are around, if u are a traveler, its better to accommodate in Shinjuku.

Despite being located directly next to a train station, the rooms are well sound-proofed and the window blinds don't let in any light. So if you want to seclude yourself for a good night's sleep without sacrificing convenience (~2 minutes from JR Shinagawa Station on the Keikyu Line, hotel's front door is adjacent to the Shimbamba Station north exit, and two Seven Elevens in the same block), this place is perfect.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
