Stayed for 3 nights in Aug. It's a business hotel, so the room was perfect for a solo traveler. Despite my poor Japanese, the staff were very patient and friendly, the room was clean and cozy and all amenities were helpfully labelled in English. There were magnetized cards to put on the door to indicate how often you need linens changed, which was a great eco-friendly initiative. Breakfast tickets are valid for a set meal at the Pronto cafe downstairs, which also had great friendly service. Location is steps from Kayabachō and less than 10min to Nihombashi, so you're set for subway lines. The value was excellent, I would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

I found this place a few days beforehand when I was scrambling for a last minute place. If you use Google maps it's not hard to find and it's about a 15min walk from Tokyo Station. The front desk was friendly and put up with the few Japanese phrases I knew. There is laundry, microwave and amenities on the second floor. The hotel key card automatically takes you to your floor once you swipe. The room was small but big enough for a solo traveler such as myself. The room was otherwise clean. Checkout was easy by dropping the key card off. I was only here for 7 hours but overall it was a good experience.

Room is small, clean and appropriate. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Make sure you have breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The staff are amazing and the food is good

I took the risk of an effort and did foolish rectless decision that worsen my pity to myself which I also gained negative image to myself lessening the acceptable reason to believe I'm not that much disappointing kind of a man... But learning my (@@@@@) in my life's navi is worth everything for me but a sure heaviness to my future ?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
