Highly recommend this hotel! A 2 minute walk to the station which will take you anywhere you desire to go. The staff are so well informed and with all the places to see. They will tell you exactly which trains to catch to attractions and also give you a full map and book in your chosen language which was so helpful for 2 Aussies in Japan! Rooms were well kept and so spacious. The breakfast was amazing! And quite reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. Very accommodating staff that really goes the extra mile. I would like to give an extra thanks to the Bell hop services, they went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful time. The room was great, no real drawers or closet space, but that seemed to be the norm in Japan. The beds are high off the floor for you to store your luggage under. Location was great, minutes walk to food and subways. Our room had a beautiful view of Mt Fiji. There’s a convenience store and ATM in the hotel as well as smaller little shops. Shuttles are available as well. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Keio Plaza Hotel.

The location is perfect. Just far enough from the main Shinjuku area that it’s quiet but you can still get to everything within 5-20min walking. Also just 5-10min from the subway station, which is super helpful. The service is truly 5 stars!

Terrific hotel in the heart of shinjuku. It's a very large hotel but the service is excellent. The rooms are well appointed with terrific views and the lounge on the top floor was terrific. There were three or four daily events in the lounge for those who have access to it, but being in Tokyo there were too many better alternatives than hanging around the hotel for freebies.

The location is excellent and staff offer great service. I would recommend this hotel for business and leisure visitors alike. Breakfast buffet selection is also good. My only gripe is that they have removed all the sofas and comfortable seating areas for guests who are waiting and replaced those with stiff red chairs along the walls. Totally unwelcoming and gives the impression that they only want your money but don’t hang around after that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
