As other reviews have rightly stated, the staff here is excellent. We arrived later in the evening and the front desk area was still fully staffed. Everyone we spoke with was very accommodating of English-speaking folks, and they were incredibly courteous. (We got a phenomenal deal on the room, too, which I think is attributable to the time of year.) The location is a less than five-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which can connect easily to a subway stop that exits at the Tokyo Station location if you need to access Japan Rail. The Akasaka area the hotel is located in is also really close to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores if you need to grab something close by and just want to take a short walk. The room was quite small -- the smallest of any hotel during our Japan trip -- but it was functional and efficient. The hotel itself also has coin-operated washers/dryers, which were handy and easy to use.

What impressed me so much is their hospitality & courteousness. Anytime I got back to the hotel, all staff super politely always greeted me, even opened & held the lift door for me. The room was quite small but clean. Location-wise, max.5 minutes walking distance from Akasaka Station exit no.6 (since exit no.5a/5b are now closed).

Stayed here during our 2 last days in Japan. Small room which is typical for Tokyo hotels but room was very clean and functional. We were able to store our luggage underneath the bed which helped with freeing up valuable room space. Staff spoke decent English. Breakfast buffet was much appreciated. Very close to Akasaka Station. Bed size was equivalent to a double size in North America but was enough for us due to our short stay. Overall very satisfied with our stay here.

Very clean and well located, just outside of Akasaka subway. Bed is almost the best one I've had in a hotel. On the other and, the rooms are very, very small and breakfast is uneatable (powdered cold "eggs", powdered orange juice and cabbage salad, not even bread or yogurt, great...) for not such a low price (almost 150$/night in high season). Great if you're alone and looking for something easy and clean.

This is a hotel in the heart of Tokyo. With very friendly staff, neat and clean rooms, very near metro station, great complimentary breakfast, restaurants and shops all around its just the place for you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
