Great location. Decent price. Unfortunately too much dust and air con was too dirty. Therefore, it ended-up being too cold. Beds are all right, albeit too hard. Customer service was great, after we had an issue with original room. Cleaning staff was fantastically kind. Thank you.

Me and my wife had a great time here during our visit in Tokyo! Very close to two major stations that can take you to all the major attractions! Clean rooms, satisfactory breakfast and the area very lively and authentic as there are many restaurants frequented by actual locals. Finally the Tokyo Tower is just around the corner. We would love to come back!

The only slightly uncomfortable thing is the little size of the room for 2 people. Other than that, everything is wonderful. The room is Immaculate, staffs are super nice and helpful. The location is also in a luxury neighbourhood with many attractions nearby. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel. Just prepare to lose 1000 yen if you lost the roomcard like us 😂

I have been to Tokyo several times and stayed in various hotels. This hotel has the smallest room. Having said that, the location was great. In between Daimon and Onarimon station..walkable to Tokyo Tower. The service was good, friendly and helpful and there are small amenities at the lobby like mini towels, toothbrushes, tea and coffee etc for you to take into your room. Breakfast has quite similar food every day but it tasted good and I have no complaints. I even used the laundry room. The dryer doesn't seem to do much good even after 2 runs. This is my only complaint. Wife thinks the room is too small to be acceptable. I am fine though.

Super tiny rooms. Barely able to even keep open 2 bags - one suitcase and one cabin bag open for packing and unpacking. Not sure if this is the norm in Tokyo at this price range. Breakfast option is very limited. Eggs/omlette served are cold - is this normal in Japan? Poor experience with laundry. 3 attempts at drying clothes of 30mins each and did not even dry 50%.waste of 300Yen Service is ok. Since I could not check-in before 3pm I asked if I could get bottled water. They said no. I asked if I can get my water bottles filled with water from their kitchen they said no. I dont understand. How can they not have water facility? I guess their service delivery is very limited and not going out of the way to provide anything extra. Considering the rest of the amazing hospitality of Japan and it's people, the hotel left me underwhelmed. Rooms are clean though and a few free amenities. Around 10 to 12min walk from stations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
