Generally it was a nice hotel. Here are some great things: 1. Receptionists were very kind and professional. 2. Very close from the Ikebukuro-station, 1F is Family Mart convenience store. 3. Access: Walk for 3 minutes and you can find plenty of restaurants and pubs. 4, FREE breakfast to enjoy! (Photos) The aspects I found lacking were the hygiene standards and the quality of the mattress. The hotel doesn't clean rooms for three days at a time, which includes the toilet and used cups. I believe these should be cleaned daily, along with the towels. The mattress was very firm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room was quite small, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who aren't accustomed to compact spaces. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay overall. Thank you!

Very convenient location for its price point. There's a family mart downstairs and breakfast meals prepared in the morning were delicious! Only thing worth noting is that the bathroom seems to emit a strange smell sometimes, but could be the pipes as otherwise the room was very clean.

1. It is near by Subway station name Hygashi-Ikebukoro and JR Ikebukoro. Good location 2. There is Family mart at first floor. 3. Room is quite small but it is normal in Tokyo 4. Near by many restaurant and shopping area.

Very strategic location. Only around 10mins walking distance to Ikebukoro Station. Got very big Seibu around here. Happening area with a lots of restaurants and attractions

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
