Great location but the room should more clean. Breakfast is great. We recommend to use the bus go to shinjugu station, i think you can take any bus at the front of hotel to shinjugu.

It was a descent Hotel. Small room but all the hotel in Japan and especially Tokyo has small room. Clean room and everything works. No complementary bottle water, no safe box. It offer cold towel in the front which is refreshing during summer.

If it wasn't for the amazing staff, i would rate even lower. As I entered the room, there was a musky smell. Opening the windows didn't help much. After looking around, the vent that you can't close for the air conditioning has visible mold and a musky smell. Bed and room was ok for a solo traveller but the smell was annoying. Location wise, 10-15 min walk from shinjuku. Also a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to shinjuku station in about 5-7 mins depending on traffic.

This hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Shinjuku Railway Station. Rooms are pretty compact and has a compact Japanese style bathroom. The breakfast served was also Japanese style which I like. The hotel was also connected with Lawson's so it was really convenient to get stuff from the konbini store. If you are arriving from Shinjuku station I'd suggest taking a bus that directly goes there. It takes 15 minutes and just 100 yen. Overall it was an okay hotel.

Average room, awesome staff, convenient location with a convenience store on the first floor. Yes, the rooms are small but that is the norm for a room in a major city in Japan.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
