We got the corner room, which is HUGE! It has a nice tub and wash area and separate toilet, which is so convenient. They have English speaking staff at the counter and the drip coffee packets they provide at the counter is fabulous. In their hotel system, they also provide laundromat usage status, so you don’t have to wait for an empty machine. They also tell you how long is left in your cycle so you can wait in the comfort of the room.

I will definitely stay here again. The rooms were big enough for both my wife and me, with enough space for our luggage. It was pristine clean and amazing location close to Kinshicho station, with a Family Mart and 7/11 at around 2 minutes walk. The staff was amazing!! I can't truly express how amazing they were. We had our luggage delivered via Yamato and they kept it until we arrived. They also called Yamato to inquire about my wife's Mt Fuji hiking stick that was supposed to come as well. When we got back from our day sightseeing they had it ready for us!! Keep up the amazing work Keisei Richmond staff!!

Highly recommend this hotel when travelling in Tokyo. We book the room with three beds. The bathroom is spacious compared to other Tokyo hotel. Service is excellent. We stayed here for 6 nights, one night we moved to a smaller room. The hotel staff assisted with streamlining our move. Highly appreciate the service provided. There is a laundry room on 7/F, the machine provides soap too. You can choose wash/dry/both. Reasonable charge. Very convenient to JR station. Lots of shopping mall around there. There is a supermarket open 24 hours. At night, there are many promoters standing along the street trying to attract people to attend bar. So single lady traveller needs to be aware.

This place was perfect for my needs. It was clean, modern, great wifi, close to public transportation, and a helpful staff. As a solo traveler that's what's most important to me. The rooms are somewhat small but it is to be expected in Japan. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
