whenever I come to Jakarta, I stay at this place. It is located in front of the shisha cafe kemang. Nearby MCDONALD'S and other famous cafes nearby this place. Peacefull place

Booking at Agoda, first come in got stopped by the security, deals with the security, asking about details booking etc. Feels like an intruder than a guess. No Lobby transaction. Some staff send me directly to my room, and they gave me the one with the broken TV, I asked why gave me room with the broken TV? The staff replies, I don't know, there are other empty rooms with working TV, you can take it to the manager, I'm just a staff sir, je said. Well, maybe it was part of the good price at Agoda, I'm not making a big deal out of ot, just disappointed. The place is more like a guess house than a hotels, there's kitchen and comunal sitting room for everyone. Place is good, room is average, the rest you can get the idea.
