Amazing, extensive gym facilities. Loved coach Abdullah and his proactive support suggesting me exercises, telling me about jordan and made sure I stayed hydrated. Wonderful, personalized service 🙏🏽🙏🏽

This hotel is beautiful. I stayed in a superior room (king bed) it was spacious and felt very open. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep almost instantly. The only "bad" thing is it's kind of tricky getting to the entrance due to the traffic. The being said, it is quiet inside.

The Hospitality and Warm Welcome of Kempinski is so amazing! Jana the receptionist was so approachable and very accommodating. Respect to Mohammad the supervisor for making sure our room is in tip toe clean and all my needs and wants was taken cared of. Sohaib is all the time busy walking around and checking what is necessary to do more. What an excellent service here in Jordan. Over the top client service! Unbelievable you are treated like a Queen here even if you do not ask it. I have never thought they are this sweet and they gave us this nice gift of Holy Water. Thank you guys!

I am sad to say i don't recommend this hotel at all especially for venue reservations, I had a meeting in Kempenski Amman, during the lunch break, the food was very cold, it took more than 30 minutes to serve the food, even though it should be an open buffet, but seems someone decided to take what they have left in the fridge because we were the only people in the restaurant. This is my 2nd time I am having a very trouble lunch in this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
