3 stars facilities, 1 stars services, 0 star location. Surrounded by the construction sites, with those thin windows, you will basically wake up early morning by the drilling sound and vehicle horn everyday. The services is subpar. Without any notice, worker is doing construction in the room beside you. While you finally endure everything and ready to check out, the reception told you their system breakdown. The photos looks good and the tech looks fancy, but what’s the point of those if cannot cater the basic 5 star hotel services. An airport Marriott hotel is better than this

I recently stayed at Kempinski Hotel and had a disappointing experience during my checkout. I had pre-requested a taxi, paid for it in advance at the reception, but upon reaching the airport, the taxi driver insisted on being paid again, claiming he had not received any payment. When I tried to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, I faced difficulty in reaching the reception, as they were consistently "busy" and unresponsive to my calls. This double payment and lack of customer service left me dissatisfied with my stay. I hope the hotel can improve its communication and billing processes to ensure a better experience for its guests

This hotel is a gem in the city. It might not be the most convenient as it is nested in a local neighborhood (rather than busy central district) however we very much enjoyed this part of town. The hotel is new and built roughly 2-3 years ago. The service is outstanding. Very consistent with the Kempinski experience in other places.

Excellent service in a spacious and beautifully furnished room. Was well treated as a GHA Titanium. Staff were friendly and amenities were generous. The extensive pillow menu made for excellent sleep. Notably, the Google Maps pin for the Kempinski is incorrect. Prospective guests should search for "Guangzhou De'an Hotel Engineering" on Google Maps or use another application instead. The Kempinski is near the Garden Hotel, around a 10 min walk from the TaoJin station.

I've been living here for 8 months, room is spacious. all types of rooms come with kitchen living room and bath tub. Staff are polite and helpful. swimming pool is running all year long.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
