June 2019 - Apartment was shabby - scuff marks on walls for example. It was also extremely sparsely furnished - there were no bedside tables or lamps... so it’s not possible to read in bed. There were also only 2 drinking glasses. (It’s a 4 person apartment.) The pull-out bed in the sitting room was extremely dodgy and unhygienic. The heavy sash windows only stayed open with a bolt and as such were potentially very dangerous for children. Finally the cheap paper blinds were torn in places and hung at an angle which made the place look like a tenement! Also hated the constant demands for documents via email... I have no idea why I was expected to send copies of credit cards and passports etc. when we had already paid in full for the accommodation and I do not like to send personal details over the internet. On a more positive note - Apartments are in a very good and safe location which is very quiet at night. The building felt very secure. The public areas were reasonably clean and well lit and there were lots of towels provided.

Although had a bit of communication issues to start with, was very pleased with the accommodation that I booked the day before whilst travelling back home from the Isle of Wight.. Only a small place, but enough space, very clean and fairly modern. Comfortable, and close to lots of food places. Would be ideal as a base whilst visiting London. And for the price of £63, for 3 people, can't complain at all.. Will be using again and highly recommend this place 😊

Lovely little apartment, compact but tidy and cheap for London, fairly noisy probably due to our place being under the main stairwell tho! Will visit again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
