A great experience overall. The atrium is well decorated and clean upon entry. The staff is very polite. The room is compact but has got everything you would need. The rooms are also very clean and modern, you won't be disappointed. They offer complimentary breakfast. It's not mentioned anywhere in the emails we received but the reception told us upon check-in. Considering it's complimentary breakfast there's a good variety of food ranging from hot (eggs, sausage, beans, mushrooms, etc.) to cold stuff, juice, coffee, tea. The location is hard to get to especially if you're not used to the metro. Google maps also doesn't work very well with getting here, instead follow the signs at the metro overground stations. Having said that the area the hotel is located in if nice. Overall we had a great experience. For the price, this place in London is a bargain. We thought it would be a run down place, but to our suprise it's turned out to be one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel of this price range.

Rooms are pristine. First time I've slept in a single bed for years. Shared a twin room. I'm a big guy. This was not for me. Not the hotels fault. Otherwise everything was amazing. The rooms were very nice. Clean and high quality. Breakfast was acceptable, not great and we struggled getting a table. Other than that there's a great selecting for such a small dining room. We were less than 5 min walk from the Olympia so great for the even we were attending.

A great place to stay, close to underground and bus stop. Only one street away from Olympia. Quiet room on the third floor. Help yourself to cooked, toast, muffins, yoghurt and fruit. Along with fruit juice and hot drinks. Compact room with fridge, kitchen sink and includes plates and cutlery. Toilet has a bidet jet in the bowl. Friendly staff, would stay again.

Delightful place. Rooms are spot on, very smart and comfortable. Staff great n helpful n breakfast was a nice bonus. Only downside is all tube stops 15 min walk away as olympia over the road only overground. But walkable to shepards Bush and a few Kensington stops

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
