Good location with limited parking. The room was great, guest services was top notch , only complaint is that the beds are a bit hard. Otherwise it's perfect. There maybe music playing outside but it stopped at 9:30pm.

Came here for a work trip and everything was perfect. Really kind staff, really helpful, reasonably priced and wonderful views. The views from the rooftop are spectacular and we had a wonderful stay!

View from the room was nice (20th floor). Room was clean but the wifi wasn't working in our room. We asked the staff but the female receptionist didn't understand English and therefore didn't understand our question. We then went out & came back to ask another male receptionist who spoke better English and sent a technician to our room. But the technician couldn't identify the issue and we therefore didn't have Wifi during our 5 days stay at Kent. Moreover, the AC was blasting right in our faces when sleeping and this couldn't be altered since the AC was installed at a very inconvenient location. The whole room had a weird construction with the bed in the middle of the room and no small corridor. It was also disappointing that there's not Netflix on the TV. For such a large Hotel that's located in a big city like Busan. I do recommend for all staff in a large Hotel to be able to communicate well in English. Because we would often meet the one female staff - e.g. the ATM in front of the hotel wasn't working / didn't take our foreign credit card for some reason and there were no banks or money exchange in Gwangalli. We had to pay an open bill and were in a rush. We asked the female receptionist for help bc she would know best where to exchange or withdraw money. However, it seemed like she didn't really understand our situation and only typed on Google translate as a reply "All banks are closed right now". That wasn't really helpful and as tourists who don't know the area very well, we wished to have someone local with more knowledge to be able to help us. It would also be great if the Hotel offers money exchange since it's already showing the current currency courses at the reception.

Room has a beautiful ocean view. The bed is comfortable. Two people stayed in the room, but bathroom linens were only enough for one so had to request additional towels, which took some time to be delivered. In house restaurants are buffet style, and the food is of poor quality. Definitely not recommended. The hotel is located directly across from the water front, so beach access is convenient. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and staff are very friendly.
