I lived in this cozy hotel for two months and was able to appreciate its good location, proximity to the embankment, the availability of all necessary services nearby and the cozy atmosphere in the hotel itself. Very responsive and friendly staff, always ready to help in any situation. Whether it is a question about the nearest laundry or how to get there and where is the best place to go to visit the sights. I recommend using the services of this hotel you will be very satisfied. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next visit to Fethiye.

The stay at the hotel was okay’ish , the receptionnist was helpful and kind , the hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfy , exept the shower that was cold/ slightly warm (because of the use of solar panels heaters), it was calso calm and very close to the beach and the accomodations

In my opinion, a hotel that does not rise to more than two stars is the highest, I don't know why it was rated five stars. It is located in a modest place that is not a tourist place and it is very far from the tourist places and does not even serve breakfast, the informant is not friendly and his treatment was not good

I enjoyed so much staying here. Great location just 10 mins to the town centre and 10 mins drive to calis beach. Great nice spacious room with air con and clean beds. Right in front of restaurants and the sea promenade. The guys at the reception were so lovely , helpful and welcoming! I would come here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
