        Its a very vintage type hotel. May be the building was situated in British colonial time. Clean room with a tiny toilet. There is also a very tiny basin in the toilet to wash hands n face which is very difficult due to its size. Apart from the basin all are quite comfortable. I was in a non air conditions room and it has nothing (like fans ) for cooling.

        I am not going to sleep on this. Please read this before deciding to sleep in this 2-star hotel. I checked in at the hotel on 28th Dec 2023 at around 6pm and let the receptionist know that I would leave on 30th at around 8pm as my flight was scheduled to leave at 11pm. We both agreed that I would pay a day room fee for the last day. Fast forward to 30th at around 8:30am, I come back to the hotel with my two friends to help me pack my stuff(we went out the previous night). I find the lady in the picture who was very rude to us when I requested for the key. She started saying that the hotel does not allow visitors (I was never given such rules at check in time and have never heard of such a thing). She asked for their IDs(which she didn’t even take btw) and later allowed us to the room. A few minutes later, she calls me asking me to tell them to leave or I should pay Kes 2000 for them if they stayed longer than 15 minutes(no such rule was given to me either). So I decided to check out and go to a different hotel with better customer service. At check out she hands me a brochure(I suppose it had rules and prices but that was too late) Management ….please ask your employees to be nicer (this one to be specific as the others were really nice to me)…. Please PROVIDE written rules BEFORE someone checks in. It’s ethical and just makes sense to abide by something you read beforehand. To this lady that was VERY RUDE to a guest and her friends: Go back to school and learn better ways of treating clients.

        Sokoni restaurant has great meals. Also, the bar at KC is a favourite. Located perfectly at the silent end of jivanjee gardens. A little revamp on the rooms and KC will be a geat choice for accommodation.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
