I had a great winter vacation with my family in the hotel which would be my favourite hotel in all of Hong Kong. The hotel’s rooms, service, and location are all 5 stars except the service which was a bit slow but still 4 stars. The view from the hotel is also really cool. I can see the city skyline and the harbor from my room. It’s a great way to start the day. I still had a good time. I hope the hotel management will work on improving the hotel’s overall rating by making the service a bit faster. Overall, I had a great time with my family at Kerry Hotel and I hope to come again soon

This is a great hotel with some good services. There is a nice gym with a sauna and jacuzzi. Also a swimming pool. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to access the spa facilities even on checkout day because they have a free concierge service that keeps your luggage while you relax at the spa. My flight was late in the afternoon, so this was much appreciated.

I've only ever gone to the hotel buffet and not stayed as a guest in the hotel. On the 2 separate occasions I've gone I've always had a good tkme. It's a great location with a lovely view and a lot of different foods to try. Looking out over the water is very nice.

We stayed in the suite where there is a separate living and dining area. Our suite is spacious that comes with the state-of-the-art amenities and a breathe-taking harbor view! We enjoyed the early check-in with access to the VIP lounge, as well as a traditional Chinese meal being served to our room and the daily savory breakfast in buffet and international style. The entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable! It felt like a vacation, although it was for business. Unlike other hotels, Kerry Hotel is situated farther away from the public transportation, which means it keeps the traffic and noise away. If you are looking for a getaway or a quiet place to stay for business, this will be a good choice for you.

I’ll start with the positives. Breakfast buffet is great, the gym is gorgeous, the pool is good (would benefit with loungers closer to pool or separate kids pool). WILD CHILDREN EVERYWHERE, definitely do NOT expect a romantic stay. Staff is not overly helpful, when we rang to ask about laundry services they directed us to “look in our wardrobe”, where there was nothing. So I guess we will have to deal with laundry at our next location. on arrival, we were asked if they could take our bags to our room before we checked in. We said yes. Checked in. Went to the room, waited. 40 minutes kept trying to call reception and no one picked up, my partner finally went down to reception and our bags were in a huge to ask what in a huge pack of bags just sitting in the lobby for anyone to take (except for the staff to take up to our room of course!) and HE brought them up on his own. The worst part is the unhinged children screaming and running up and down the halls, and families that are across the hall from each other screaming to speak with one another across the hall and slamming doors at midnight. Not to mention the little things like our coffee maker is broken, and housekeeping came in and tried to clean around my sick partner when he was in bed naked after i asked them to not come in for the day. And now they next day they haven’t come in at all yet, so will probably have to go and ask them to please come clean the room. Not a 5 star experience unfortunately and absolutely not worth the enormous sum we paid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
