        Location is overall convenient. However, you will need to walk a distance if you need the lift. The road is a one-way street, hence some inconvenience by taxi. Bed is very hard and pillow too soft. The toothpaste has a strange taste. The amenities are not topped up everyday as there was no ear buds. Not sure if body moisturiser is provided - maybe need to request. AC can be noisy, need to adjust yourself. There’s a dehumidifier which is good. But the housekeeper doesn’t help to remove the water if it’s full. Room has no view. A male staff was very helpful. But some are not so helpful/polite. There also have no microwave to heat up food for you, and the kitchen cannot help. Gym is small. Does not have an exercise bench. Has regular treadmill and bicycle Overall, found it pricey given the room and service wasn’t great.

        Stayed here for the second time now and this trip was for nine nights. Spacious, comfortable and everything necessary provided. Good breakfast is available, which if anything was too big for me! It is right in the heart of Wan Chai and the Wellcome across the road was very handy. Staff were friendly and approachable too. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in HK.

        The restaurant at M floor has a view of the Hennessey road down below and the restaurant manager Ms Grace Hui and the Thai chef are making us want to come back and stay at this hotel again. They are so warm and kind to our little kid. It was a memorable moment dining at this hotel.

        My stay was pretty comfortable, rooms are spacious and well kept, although in the room I stayed, 1109, there is a problem with the bathtub drainage - it is just very, very slow. Taking a shower for about 1 minute and water starts to accumulate in the tub, which makes it for a less than optimal shower experience. In my last day, drainage was even slower, which suggests the hotel staff will have to take a look very soon before it becomes completely clogged. Otherwise, a pretty good choice for a stay in Wan Chai area of Hong Kong.
