My first experience is not bad. The building is a little bit old but located Nizami streets. This building have another 2 different hotel Salam Baku and Square inn. I suggest for you not pay more this 2 hotel price up than Khagani hotel and very bad services, same quality. Next time i prefer every time this hotel. Staff is very helpful for you. Specially Elnur. He makes for you everything. Guba, Shahdag, Gabala, Baku tour and very cheap price. Because i check price also outside too much expensive. And another little 1 problem you wait hot water 1-2 minutes. But hot water 24 hours available. If you have problems just tell reception they make for you everything.

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and to my dismay, I found ants on the bed. The state of the bathroom was appalling, with no shower head present. The hotel attendants displayed a lack of responsibility, failing to address these issues adequately. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and hygiene made my stay uncomfortable and far from satisfactory.

One of the worst hotel, nothing in the room was working, radiator broken (it was 4 to 6 degrees outside) , 8 lights in room only 2 working, uncomfortable bed, and don't get me started on bathroom, broken commode, broken shower, water gets disappeared in middle of the night, and thy didn't even inform us. Noisy, i can literally hear noises from next door. The only good thing about this hotel is its Location. Wouldn't recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
