My recent stay at Khaosan Art Hotel left me with mixed feelings, and I would rate it as an average accommodation with 3.5 stars. On the positive side, the hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its key assets. Situated in the vibrant Khaosan Road area of Bangkok, it provides easy access to the city's bustling nightlife and various attractions. The convenience of exploring the city was a major plus. The hotel's artistic décor and colorful ambiance give it a unique character, making it stand out from the standard chain hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns. However, there were some downsides to my stay. The rooms, while adequately comfortable, showed signs of wear and could benefit from some maintenance. Noise from the nearby nightlife could be disturbing for light sleepers. Additionally, the breakfast offered was rather limited in variety and quality. In summary, Khaosan Art Hotel is a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers looking to immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere of Khaosan Road. Its unique charm and central location are definite pluses, but there's room for improvement in terms of room maintenance and breakfast options. Overall, an average stay for those seeking affordability and an ideal location in the heart of Bangkok.

The accommodation was appropriate for the price category and met our expectations. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day. Excellent location. Only 10 minutes walk to Khao San Road, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, 5 minutes walk to the pier. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great.

If you are solo travelling, or spending a lot of time in Bangkok and want somewhere that's easy to get to pretty much every corner of the city from - this is the place to stay. It's comfy and homely with all the amenities you'd need to keep you comfy. It's got a bit of a hostel vibe thanks to the many rooms it boasts and the restaurant downstairs (which serves pretty good food). This place is best for those who want to be able to travel around the city easily and enjoy the nightlife without having to worry about long travel. Lots of places to eat around, including late at night, easy walk to Khaosan Road, laundry is a few steps down the road if you need it and a 7-11 right around the corner. Everything you could possibly want or need all within arms reach. This is a perfect place for solo or budget travellers who still want the hotel feel and safety of being "close to home" on a night out in the city.

Great location quite close to khoasan road and other nice streets for walking, shopping, and dinner. We stayed here one night and the sleeping room was very clean. The hot water worked well and the ac was great. The washroom was clean, but there was some mold growing in a few spots. We mentioned it on checkout and the owner / manager gave a master class on how to deal with complaints, offering us a free coffee and apologizing and asking if there was something else he could do. Overall great value for money, and thanks again to the owner for showing how problems should be dealt with in a hotel.

Get what you pay for. Facilities are okay, shower is good and if you get a higher floor it’s not loud. BUT the aircon in our room was horrific is do nothing and sounded broken so was loud and made sleeping difficult Okay for a night or so for the price and located in a good area

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
