The service at Khmer Mansion Residence was spectacular. Their kind interaction and attention to detail using your name and providing a cool towel and water whenever returning to the hotel, made you feel so welcomed. We highly recommend this resort. We are now at a top hotel chain and miss this small boutique and can’t stop comparing what we miss about this resort compared to the 5 star hotel we are in now. We will forever cherish the impeccable service we received at your boutique hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff's kindness stood out, creating a warm atmosphere. The rooms met high standards, and the delicious food added to the experience. The centrally located pool was a delightful feature. Upon our return, the welcoming staff greeted us with cold towels and refreshing water, reflecting their commitment to hospitality. Overall, a top-notch experience that left a lasting positive impression. Highly recommend for those seeking a blend of comfort, excellent service, and a welcoming ambiance. The manager's kindness and helpfulness added an extra layer of excellence to our stay. Not only did he ensure a smooth experience, but his personal touch made the visit truly memorable. On discovering it was our anniversary, the manager surprised us with thoughtful gestures, elevating our celebration. This level of attentiveness from the management exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction. It's rare to find such genuine care in hospitality. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team, especially the manager, for making our anniversary stay truly exceptional. A place where hospitality goes above and beyond expectations.

The most beautiful small hotel with the warmest staff. Upon every return greeted with water and cold towel. The team was ready to do anything to make our stay the best possible. The hotel is very elegant and centered around a beautiful pool. Pillows and bed very soft and great AC. The food was excellent. My favorite hotel I have ever stayed. You will not be disappointed.
