Second time I've stayed here and will come back again in the future. Location is perfect, staff are friendly, rooms are big with all the necessary amenities (including a beach bag with beach towels and slippers), and beds are comfortable. I really enjoyed using the rooftop pool every morning too. My partner used the gym and aside from one machine not working, it did the job perfectly. I do think it's a little dated, and I really hope the owners give it a good clean and glow-up so that this gem can remain great for years to come!

Never ever rent these rooms unless you want to stay up all night. Rooftop bar plays music all night. What amazes me is staff already knows this. And they don’t let you know anything about this when you rent the room. Terrible Wi-Fi. You cannot get two door cards so you either leave your room unlocked or never leave the person you’re with when there’s two people to a room do you give two keys for god sake’s.

Nice hotel with big rooms at a 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The hotel provides free mats and chairs to take to the beach. The front of the hotel is at a busy road, but my room was quiet. Balcony sizes are different. Close to a supermarket, lots of massage salons and a enormous shopping center with a food market in the basement where you can eat good for little money. Breakfast in the hotel is okay. Bread, rice, veggies and fruit.

Very good hotel which is reasonably priced. Nice rooms and good facilities. Special call out to Navy and Nepjune on the 4 th floor pool bar who were fantastic

Affordable hotel that is near the beach. Provides mat, umbrella, bag and slippers that you can bring to the beach. The pool was great. The food was fine. A highly recommended hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
