A few quirks in the room but very clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower/wet room, cosy bed. Would return and recommend.

The rooms are pretty simple, with not much storage space. In our second room, the shower was faulty, leaking from the wall when turned on. Also, the glass curtain was only installed on one side, so the water would run around it and fill the whole bathroom. Now, the view from the balcony was nice. There are two pools on the hotel's territory. The breakfast was nothing special, but still fine. The staff were great. Very responsive and polite. In our first room, there was a cigarette smell coming from the bathroom, so we asked the staff to change our room, and they did, without problems. In general, they were very helpful. The hotel is located not far from the shoreline. We rented a car, and parking was good enough, although a couple times we had to park across the street, but it wasn't far.

Decent for the price. Room smelt really bad. I think due to bushes full of cats outside. They did clean it when requested. Pool is nice. Breakfast was ok not that many warm food options. They will make you an omelette of you ask.

It is okay place, has nice and clean swimming pools so very popular with families especially children always occupying the pool from morning till evening. And in the evenings and nights or early morning you can hear them shouting as the doors and windows are not solid and won't surpress the noise especially if you are unlucky to have room downstairs by the swimming pool - get ready to be awaken up by shouting children or adults chatting away . It comes with breakfast included, selection of food is rather basic: Bread, jams, cereals, "lunchon meat" boiled egg, salad and some difficult to identify potato dish. But good enough to not go hungry . Rooms are outdated but clean. There is kitchen anex with,some dishes provided if you fancy making your own dinner. Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of car park space outside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
