The lady was so lovely to us during our stay, the laundry came back smelling great. The beds were so comfortable and the linen was clean. Fresh towels on request.

We had an amazing time at Kim Phu Villa! We booked 4 nights, but left after 2 nights due bad weather in Hoi An. Kim and Vince were so flexible to let us stay the other 2 nights in the next week, because we decided to come back to Hoi An. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, good Wifi and airconditioning and they are so welcoming people! Loved every minute of the stay. The pool is lovely on the hot days and Kim gave some good tips for visits in Hoi An. We old city center is on 5-10 minuts walking. The accomodation is located in a quiet area, so no sounds at night! Thanks Kim and Vince, for the stay! Greets Mark

We had a super stay with Vince and his family. All our concerns, wishes were always listened to, which made our stay very pleasant. The accommodation is located about 5 minutes from the city center and the beaches are easily accessible by bike in 15 minutes. All in all, the perfect accommodation to spend a few days in Hoi An.

Had a great stay with Vince and his lovely family in Hoi An. They were generous and very hospitable and we had a great opportunity to learn about their lives in Vietnam over beers watching the world cup together. It's a 5 min walk to the market in the centre of old Hoi An and a peaceful place to stay. Good value for money :) Vince works at Be Be tailors who did us an amazing service on suits and shirts too

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
