Best lodging experience I had in Santorini! Excellent location with stunning views that not many hotels can match. It’s not only a few steps from Oia Main Street, but its location also offers enough quiet and privacy in your own rooms. The hotel is also located close to a grocery store. The community pool is an infinity pool with 180-degree unobstructed views of the sea and caldera—gorgeous to just look out from the pool. The facilities are well-designed and in great condition. Not only did I get to experience the Greek beige and blue architecture in my room, but also in the personal jacuzzi. Beds are comfy and restrooms are spacious. We also got to relax and sunbathe on our balcony, a very enjoyable experience since the location allows warming sunlight during most of the day. For the tourist season, the price of the room is on par with its value. Lastly, the service is superb. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful during our trip. Not only was the receptionist responsive and knowledgeable, but our porter and dining host were also friendly. Our breakfasts were amazing, offering diverse nutrition and a relaxing atmosphere. This is a hotel I would definitely return to!

This was absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed! Starting with Adriana, she's absolutely the best. She was so welcoming and helpful she recommended us different activities and helped us book a boat tour! She was so kind and made our stay the best!! I would definitely stay here again, the view and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location is also perfect, you can easily get to the top places in Oia within a 10min walk! 100% recommended

What a lovely slice of heaven on the Santorini coast! The staff was absolutely wonderful and helped us carry our bags, recommended restaurants in town, and always had a smile. Recommended!

The hotel is good but the service is not warm. They dont smile and always very cold and tuff. You dont feel comfortable (lady of the reception)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
