Book cheapest room with breakfast that I can find at that time. Room is a bit small compared to other hotels but adequate for me. Clean and standard everyday cleaning. Bathroom is shower type. Breakfast is good. Western, local, chinese food, bread and donut, fruit juice, tea, coffee machine. Stayed for 4 nights so I can say that there's not much variety between days. Polite and smiley employees. Overall nice experience. Extra info: -Happy hour 1-for-1 beer everyday from 5pm to 7pm. -Around 200k++ meat & beer event every Wednesday night. -Around 120k++/pax all-you-can-eat, buy 4 get 5.

I came here with my friends to transit, coz this hotel very strategic near with palmerah station and tanah abang also. Everything is good here, all the staff are friendly especially the frontdesk clerk Agus and vira they are very nice, and mr setyo helpful also. Good kimaya

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
