I honestly did not enjoy my stay here that much at all the room was decent I enjoyed the view from the balcony however the shower is not great and only comes straight down so it’s like you have to stand at an awkward angle to get there. There is also a window you could see from the bed room into the bathroom which doesn’t give you any privacy especially when you’re staying with other people. The service was not good at all valet was horrible and made us pay an additional $28 into our $50 a day parking because we changed cars on the last stay of our day which is ridiculous to think about because we’ve already stayed at the hotel. The only great thing about the location is that it is walking distance from Hell’s Kitchen where we were able to enjoy a good meal. Overall not the best experience and I think there are definitely better more spacious hotels with better lighting in the area for a great price

Room service is excellent, professional, and fast. The restaurant has an incredible selection for breakfast. Front service desk is very kind and knowledgeable and deserves a shoutout for their professionalism. Always looking forward to my next stay at the Epic.

The Kimpton Epic Hotel was just that, Epic!! 🔥 From the moment we pulled up, we felt a sense of luxury. The staff were great and the lobby is gorgeous! Our room was spacious and very well decorated and comfortable. The balcony was spacious with plenty of room to move around. Some of the amenities were unexpected and great. Yoga Mats and an umbrella were a couple of the surprises.... The heated pool and bar area on the 16th floor is the perfect place to relax or get in a good swim. The restaurant up there was great as well. The food was very tasty and portions were good. The gym has just about every piece of equipment you might need. The hotel was pretty busy on the weekend, and we could see why.... There were lots of great places in walking distance. Central Market, CVS, shops, and restaurants are just a block or so away

Smoking hotel - nice renovation, beautiful location, kind staff. Please know every hotel room is equipped with an ashtray. Although it is on the balcony, the sliding doors do not have to be closed, and my floor smelled like smoke. Unfortunately I had to check out and leave. Management was kind enough not to charge. The hotel website states the entire property is non-smoking. Please see photos of ashtray left in every room. It’s ok to allow smoking in your property, but please be kind enough to let others know before booking.

Great room and nice tub. The safe and tub were not working initially but the staff addressed them quickly. Pool is nice but no photoshoot is allowed. The only downside is the room is facing the downtown’s busy traffic and there is a bridge nearby. So it can be noisy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
