We had an amazing time while staying at this beautiful boutique hotel. They went above and beyond with extra special touches for my family and I that were greatly appreciated. Excellent service all around. The view of the Hollywood sign was a huge highlight, and the drinks at the pool and bar were both delicious and beautiful.

The staff here really welcomes you in! Everyone from management, to the cooks, to the valet is warm and embracing! The location was even better than I expected. I was walking my dog and casually just ended up on the Hollywood walk of Fame within 5 minutes! Plus the view of the Hollywood sign from the room can't be beat! The lobby is cozy and always filled with vibrant happy energy from those enjoying a round of complimentary wine to those enjoying a game of pool

Pros: great location close to walk of fame, pool table and bar area was nice, nice view from our room, messaged us daily to see if we needed anything, valet staff was friendly and quick to bring our car. Cons: had a funky smell to it in the lobby and in the rooms especially, no shower door, rooms look like they were remodeled terribly with patched up paint job etc, did not tell us about the $55 valet per night only option with no alternative parking options, and a $600 incidental charge at check in for 4 nights. I’d expect that from a top notch hotel, not this one.

The room is a good size, but there is a couch that you can't really see the TV from, You cannot angle the TV to see it. Cheap old furniture in room. No plug on desk for phone or computer. It's over $300 per night. The water in the room is $8 each, not even a complimentary one to start. The pillows are hard and cheap. The mattress is hard. Every morning I have a headache and kink in neck because of hard high pillow. This part is not their fault but there are homeless people in tents outside. I can see them from my window. I can also see the Hollywood sign.

Solid place to stay, great views and within walking distance of a few venues I needed to go to. Loved its accessibility. A bit pricey but well its location speaks for itself I suppose. The breakfast at the restaurant was incredible as well, the bar was great & bartender was wonderful as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
