        Superb hotel and value for the money. The location is very close to many places to visit. The room service, concierge, reception is simply perfect and very professional. I had stored my luggage for a couple of days in their storage and it was safely stored and I was able to collect it with ease. This was very convenient and I deeply appreciate as moving things can be a daunting task and this can provide a peace of mind.

        My stay at Kimpton Fitzroy was excellent starting with the greeting at the lobby door upon arrival to my exit into a taxi to Heathrow. Marina at the front desk greeted me with a bright smile and did an outstanding job with my accommodation and thanked me for being a returning guest- she was also so gracious as to link up my loyalty account and bring it up to date and ensure my room fit my returning guest status. The food offered at the restaurants and bar was very good, nicely displayed, and good proportions. The staff in the bar and the breakfast staff were attentive and most gracious. The hotel's decorations for the Christmas holiday season were lovely. Bed and pillows and all the amenities in my room made for a completely comfy, lovely, and decadent stay in London.

        The rooms are small - like comically compared American standards - but bathroom was cute. Besides the hotel and staff make up for it. While the rooms are cozy and quaint, the hotel itself is truly dramatic and stunning. The staff is so friendly, professional, and helpful and every interaction felt like it went above and beyond. The location is also fantastic - a block away from Russell Square station - but if you just set out on foot, you're perfectly placed to discover a lot of cool spots. The hotel has a variety of restaurants - the coffee shop was my favorite.

        This might be the first time I'm ever this in love with a hotel experience! Stayed here recently with my wife and baby. Was a little hesitant because hotel rooms in the city being so small, might be less family friendly. I was wrong! The room was small, yes, however, it was definitely big enough to comfortably fit a crib and for me to work from the room when needed. The service was the factor that really made this experience for me. This was only our second trip with our baby and EVERYONE at the hotel made everything as easy as possible for us. They were all so friendly with our little baby which she absolutely loved. As far as location, I really like this spot because we're often traveling to London for work related reasons and this spot is not so touristy, yet it's walking distance to some touristy spots. I felt that everything we needed was within a 20 min walking distance. In fact, this was the first time I was in London and didn't take the tube anywhere. We walked as far as Kings Cross and there was plenty of coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants within that radius. Many thanks to the awesome staff at the front desk, the front door, the cafe, and the breakfast dining room! Everyone was so kind and helpful :)

        Gorgeous hotel! Stunning location, walking distance to some of London's most iconic spots. Rooms aren't huge but beautifully decorated. Lovely bathroom with great beauty products. Nespresso coffee machines, fresh milk, biscuits and a variety of complimentary snacks. Door staff were really friendly, as were the reception team. Lovely bar and restaurant downstairs. I would highly recommend it if you have the budget. Enjoy!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
