We had a great stay as a family of 5 in two rooms. Great location to major attractions, maybe except the Lincoln Memorial but we managed the walk there regardless as the weather was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and took measures to correct misinformation about breakfast time that was given to us. Essentially breakfast ended 30 min before the time we were told and staff got us warmed pastries and drinks. Condition of the hotel was excellent and the fitness centre was well equipped. Wi-Fi speed excellent. Worth returning to.

What can’t I say about this place? The customer service was superb and the rooms were clean, with a special attention to detail. I came for a one night stay with my family and found myself wishing we’d planned more time just to stay at this hotel. Yoga mats, bicycles, and robes are among those available to guests. This was probably one of the best stays I’d ever experienced at a hotel, staff-wise. It is not often that I’m writing a review without prompting, but here I am. Look no further. The location is not far from the Smithsonian’s, memorials, and good food. Just do it.

The staff were amazing! The room was good our bathroom door was difficult to open and close but otherwise we had no issues. We did valet and had no trouble accessing our cars. I loved the cocktail and staff made sure to remind us about the wine hour.

This is a great hotel with amazing service. Shara personally went the extra mile and had a positive impact on my stay by having an international background that improved the trip and provided the extra touch for a successful business stay. The services staff performed far beyond expectations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
