Wonderful staff! The concierge Leanne was absolutely amazing on all levels. She handled our umbrella situation with dogged determination and made sure my daughter had the necessary tools to walk around in Seattle. I recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely stay there again when we're in town. The room was clean, decorated beautifully, and everything worked. The only negative was the hideaway bed in the couch. It was not very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Monaco with our little corgi! The room was very spacious and they also provide dog beds and bowls. Leanne at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for what to do and eat!!

It was nice to stay in a place that wasn’t the cookie cutter HGTV looking hotels. It seems a little bit dated but has a lot of charm and style that is often missing in the big chain hotels. Love music during Happy Hour is nice along with the nice lounge area. Attached restaurant is also nice. Really tasty food and strong drinks.

We had a short stay in the beginning of November. The staff were wonderful and the hotel has a unique atmosphere. I got a lot of questions about art in the lobby during a work meeting, and the evening happy hour held there was great. The double queen room was comfortable for three people. It did seem like they needed some maintenance and care, but overall great.

This hotel is simply fabulous. Location is perfect and the staff welcoming and professional. I'd like to personally thank Jonathan, at the front desk, for his exemplary service and care of our needs from the moment we walked in until check-out. He couldn't have been more thoughtful and kind, attending to each and every one of our requests, even anticipating ways he could help us. We met the manager in the early morning hours of our check out and were so impressed with her care and professionalism. This is a fabulous hotel, wonderful amenities and top notch customer service. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
