Very friendly front dest staff... when we checked in, we were met by a lovely lady at the front desk, I wish I could remember her name. She continued to greet us and ask how our trip was throughout our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast upstairs on the rooftop each morning, and the views were amazing. The room was clean and tidy thanks to the amazing cleaners that came and looked after our room each day. I would stay here again!

I had spent two weekends this past November at the Kimpton Wilshire. I was there for a business trip. I was seeking quite space close to the training location in mid-city. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. I appreciated the valet staff particularly Christan for remembering my car, encouraging me to feel at home and tending to my car after long days and early mornings of traveling. parking & bar staff deserves 5 stars. The entire bar staff was also so pleasant and kind. They celebrated an accomplishment I finished and they just offered great hospitality.

After a lengthy drive, I arrived at the hotel and received no welcoming greeting. When I inquired about the possibility of checking in an hour early, they refused, which was acceptable. However, they failed to inform me that I could wait in the rooftop or second-floor area while my room was being prepared. Moreover, they simply handed me my card without offering any explanation about the building’s layout or how to use the elevators. The front desk staff was discourteous and the encounter was unpleasant. This experience has been disappointing, particularly because I have previously had excellent experiences with Kimpton, but this time was an exception and my room was in front of elevator.

I thought I booked the Kimpton closer to the 405, my error. This hotel does not have the ambiance the other one has, rooms are very vanilla, but they are clean and bed was comfortable. The lobby is small, my experience with Kimpton’s is the Lobby is a place to hang out, have a drink. This one didn’t have a bar. BUT, the rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing! It’s a mix of a menu in a great way. I had the NY Steak. Awesome! And the staff was great!

The only reason I picked this place... They said there's a pool, I guess I failed to notice anywhere that it is all of 3.5 ft deep, about 8ft wide, by 10ft long. Oh, and it's closed after 5pm. Useless. The restaurant right next to the pool which I had intended to peruse after my long trip....Closed due to 'Unexpected Circumstances' I found out that it was open but only for a private function. Good views from up there. Too bad I could not enjoy it. I did go up for breakfast, which was ok. Coffee, Pastries, eggs, bacon and such. The rooms? Kinda nice. Smell clean. But there are dirty spots all over the hard surfaces that are not tabletops, as well as brown spots/stains on the carpeting in the room. The mini fridge/mini bar. Filled with $1 beverages, all being charged for $6 to $12... For a can of coke. A sharp edge of a broken magnifying mirror cut up my finger. A light literally fell out of the wall, when a towel fell from the bent hanger and caught the fixture.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
