        Kimpton had been amazing from the beginning until the end. Naomi had been a great host, very welcoming and personal as she remembered our names throughout the stay and was even showing her concerns about my friend that got stomach ache. Truly an amazing host, a gem for this hotel. It was also my friends’ birthday and they arranged for her a complementary cake and some sweets and made her feel truly celebrated. The service was outstanding and they have thought of literally everything in this hotel! From a yoga mat in your room to a dog park for your dog! I honestly can’t think of anything bad to write about our stay here. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the slippers, I only wore it for 20 minutes and I immediately got a blister between my toes. I will definitely stay here again 🫶

        Best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The service is absolutely amazing. Anything you want to put together they will help you with and their staff is accessible 24/7. They pamper you so much while you’re here and everyone is so friendly. They really go the extra mile to make you comfortable and happy. The property itself is so beautiful and very clean there is so much to do we hardly left. I highly recommend the activities the resort offers such as cooking classes, Thai boxing, cocktail making, and the spa is amazing. Best massage I have ever had in my life. The food here is fantastic and so far the best curry we have eaten in all of Thailand. There are so many options of food to eat and drinks too. Cannot recommend this place enough because of the beauty and staff and food!!!

        Just finished a wonderful four night stay at this superb hotel! Our first time visiting Koh Samui and I am so happy we chose to stay at the Kimpton. The facade of the hotel is gorgeous, dark wood with the most beautiful landscaped garden i have seen in a hotel! The room was very big and clean with a huge balcony with a very comfy sofa. I love how the pool looks like it flows into the ocean, and the pool area is incredible with pool table, table tennis and lots of lounge chairs. Shout out to Naomi who was very helpful and friendly when we checked in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, only suggestion would be to include Vegemite for the Australian’s with the different spreads for toast as I asked but they didn’t have. Also free bottled water by the pool would be great. Every night for turndown service they gave us a note and different treats which was a very sweet touch. We ate at Fish House a few times and enjoyed it however one night we had dinner there and it took 45 minutes for our drinks (two cocktails) to arrive, 1 hr for entree and then another 45 min wait for our mains. The food was worth the wait but if i was starving I would not be happy waiting that long. Overall fantastic stay, we will definitely be back!! Thank you Kimpton Kitalay!

        Amazing hotel, the outside area of the hotel and pool is decorated Thai luxury style. The main pool is amazing, the rooms are also highly decorated. The staff is super nice and they leave you every day hand written notes with little treats which is very nice. Highly recommended!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
