Some positives would be trendy and upscale and very clean. Staff is super friendly and hospitable. The bathroom and shower I must say is very nice and new aged. Location is everything honestly as it’s a central point to shopping and venues. Very nice welcome package handwritten note and fruit tray. Super quiet and very modern. I must say, I felt like I was in New York with the space in this room. Online it seemed much larger but in person, truly a New York matchbook feel for such a high price point. I like how they cram all of their priced options into the fridge with no room for you to place your items in without moving theirs around. $10 for M&Ms? I mean really. This is not Dubai lol. Lastly there is very little storage space for your items.

I was at the hotel on December 27-29, the experience was not bad. The hotel is nice and the treatment is friendly, I just have to say that when you make a reservation they ask for a deposit of $150. I stayed one night and then decided to extend, they told me it was another reservation so I had to deposit $150 more than that money. It was deposited between 2-5 business days. After a week I called because I never got the money for both deposits ($300) they told me yes in the next business days...: and well today is 1/20 and I still haven't received the money back.

Valet super nice. Front desk staff average. Do NOT order room service. I did today and this is what I got. No napkins. No silverware. Just a plastic container with a sandwich and missing the pasta salad as it says to accompany the turkey sandwich. $18 for the sandwich with salad (missing salad), $5 delivery fee, 20% mandatory gratuity, and tax. I called guest services and they said they would have the pasta salad brought up. 2 hours later and still no pasta salad. I wouldn’t mind the additional fees if it was actually room SERVICE and not a 7-11 run 🤦🏼‍♀️

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip with our pup and had a wonderful experience! Brand new, beautiful hotel. Self parking right next door. Great service checking in. The breakfast at the Hartley was amazing - best breakfast sandwich and grits I’ve ever had. Best of all, they are a pet friendly hotel with no pet fee!!! Will be staying here again if we come through Atlanta.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel which began with pleasant interactions with valet and the front desk. My room was clean, nicely laid out, and had the expected amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated that my request to replace a pillow case was promptly attended to. Location was great for my intended activities in the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
