The attention to detail is insane. The hospitality and warmth of the place and staff as soon as we arrived until we left were remarkable. A few things that we loved about our stay here: #1 the room. it was more than what we expected. Love the complimentary stuff from the mini bar as it were all of premium quality. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and blaming the late wake up calls because of this haha! #2 the social hour (from 5pm-6pm) every day where we get to hang with people, get some good drinks, and staff during the best time of the day with the perfect views of Tokyo from the 86 bar

Wow. This experience has spoiled us. Every detail was handled wonderfully. From the moment we walked in we were cared for. The breakfast is unlike any other free hotel breakfast I have experienced before. The menu is extensive and high-end - not a buffet style - and the courses are plentiful. The little booster shot of juice you get when you walk in is a nice touch. The room was great. The bathroom open concept was a bit odd at first, but you can pull closed sliding walls to make it private so that worked fine. Location isn’t amazing since you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the action, but we didn’t mind that too much. Area is very safe. Overall, best hotel experience I have ever had.

Had a really nice one night’s stay at the hotel. The room was really nice with a firm bed, great shower and bath, and a complimentary bottle of wine. Our neighbours came back after midnight and woke us up, but the staff were helpful when we called the front and next door quietened down soon after. We had breakfast included in the booking, but I was a little confused when they started explaining prices to us. Fortunately it wasn’t anything to worry about and we were able to order the omelette and tuna crepe breakfasts which were more than enough for us. My wife was able to request maternity and allergy provisions with no problems and the staff were very helpful.

This is the best Kimpton we’ve stayed at. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Shinjuku station (only a tad inconvenient if walking with luggage but not bad). The interior design was in keeping with the trendy boutique vibes of Kimpton properties. The rooms were clean and spacious. The main restaurant served an amazing breakfast. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Social hour had many options. Staying at this hotel was one of our main highlights in Tokyo. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious. I had the seasonal fish. The textures met nicely, and the sauce added very well to the flavor of the ingredients. The dessert was visually fun, and with the free tea refills very enjoyable. The service was friendly, chatted with us just the right amount, wasn't intrusive yet made us feel welcome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
