We loved this hotel and the staff were all excellent, especially Renat who gave us a special welcome and excellent advice which we found very useful on our trip. The breakfast had a lovely buffet and we always had the best cappuccino. The eggs Benedict made to order were divine. Some reviews mention issues with cabs, but we had no problems with cabs dropping us off or picking us up at the hotel. They do need to enter a code to drop down bollards to gain access to the small streets. I found it fascinating how it all works. We would definitely return to this hotel. The staff was truly the friendliest of any hotel we have experienced and the location was perfect!

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star, I’d say 4 stars. The rooftop and pool are awesome. The rooms are very small, we had the king premium with balcony and it felt very cramped, but beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable, pillows not at all…they should at least give the option of a memory foam pillow. BOTH the gym and the wellness area were under renovation and closed, which would have been fine if it was advertised on the website, but it wasn’t, which is deceiving and not good customer service. If I’m paying for a 5 star hotel I want to know if the services I’m paying for are not going to be there. Everyone in the staff was helpful and super nice.

We loved it & now wouldn't stay anywhere else. The hotel is lovely, in a great location, & reasonably priced. The staff is very thoughtful & the rooftop bar is perfect. (I can't really comment on rooms because they gave me a free upgrade to a gorgeous one. Like I said, thoughtful.)

Fantastic hotel with great location, amazing staff, and very clean rooms! We stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer. We paid the additional per night for the daily breakfast and it was definitely worth it - great food and easy way to get the day started. Each night there is also a happy hour offered with free wine! The staff - front door staff, front desk team, manager, breakfast staff - were all exceptional. They so graciously communicated with us in fluent English, were extremely friendly and accommodating. One thing to note about the location is that this is in an area where the streets are blocked off for pedestrians, limiting traffic. This made it a bit challenging to get a taxi to the front door in a timely manner, but the front door staff was super helpful and we ended up just walking ~3 min to the main street to hail a cab. The lack of traffic outside the hotel was really nice and led to my hotel room overlooking the front of the building being very quiet.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and roof top bar serve good breakfast and drinks/tapas with excellent views. The room size is adequate and space is well used. The bed is comfortable. The location is convenient and we were able to walk to many sightseeing spots.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
