The hotel is really budget-friendly and there's not much to complain about, considering the price. However, the room I got had a problem with ants near the bed dressers, and I had to wipe them out of my suitcase as well. I like to save money but this is not acceptable. The soundproofing is not great either (it's an old hotel) and there's some construction nearby that wakes me up early in the morning. Service was fine but unfortunately I can't recommend staying here based on my experience. Edit: the staff are very nice and genuinely care, they reached out to me about this review and I have added one star to my original rating for their service. The rooms were excellent, great double glazing cut out traffic noise. It was difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

You must choose this hotel. Their service and hospitality was too good. Affordable prices and good humour at reception all the boys and girls.

Very friendly staff, scooter rental on site for 130k per day / 65k 6 hours. There is a restaurant at reception that will deliver room service. Small pool also in lobby. No sauna as advertised. No gym facilities on site incase you're wondering. The room is a great size with lovely shower and balcony but nowhere to sit. The room comes with a kitchen; kettle, plate, bowls, chopsticks, dish soap but no stove. We asked staff to have one brought up multiple times but to no avail so we gave up and got Grab food delivered. The stay would have been great had it not been for the cafe opposite firing up the karaoke machine from 6pm - 11pm every single night at full blast. The balcony door is not soundproofed enough to handle it. To add fuel to the fire, we were woken at 7am with hammer and chisel next to our balcony. I feel like I haven't slept for 4 nights. Location is good for beach and Bridges.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
