Very nice hotel in central Siam Reap, with very friendly staff and nice rooms. Our reservation got upgraded but I assume the other rooms are nice too. It is located around walking distance to the Pub Street evening center in Siam Reap, and that can be a bit noisy at night, but when you are tired from exploring the temples and jungle than it doesn't matter 😎 The pick up and drop of at the airport is great. The breakfast options are a limited but it is okay, the basics are provided (for Europeans at least). Hot water and WiFi sometimes take a bit. With the WiFi might be of course either a bit slow when all guest are uploading or maybe some issues in general with the provider - but overall it was good.

My favourite hotel out of 8 during my Asia trip. Great staff. Amazong pool, bar, message. Balcony in an inner jungle. Perfect. Only minus was poor take away breakfast- breakfast in the hotel was great. Thank you.

Toiletries wrapped in polluting single-use plastic. Shameful polluting single-use plastic water bottles in the room (other hotels give filtered water in refillable bottles). They use disposable polluting plastic trash bags rather than simply cleaning the bins. Butter and jam in single-use disposable plastic mini packaging. It would be appropriate for the hotel to adopt and publicly display an environmental policy (free downloadable policies are available online). For an environmental conscious future, the suggestion It would be to avoid non-renewable plastic wrapped single-use items and food portions (in fact, any packaged single portion).
