        Perfect for staying a couple of nights in London. We came by train, so 5 minutes from Kings Cross is perfect! There is no staff, you get a code to the building and code for your room key. The room is fine, with the kitchenette. It is very warm in the room! There is a fan that helps a bit, but there is no airco, so i assume in summer it is unbearable! If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, you can hear every step set above you.

        Room was spacious and new and had heated floors. Pots and utensils were clean and new. However being a serviced apartment, there was no housekeeping provided unless you’re staying there for 8 days or more. Having stayed there for 5 days, a change of towels aside, being given just 2 small shower gels for 2 people to last us the whole of 5 days wasn’t enough. However location was great, just 2 minutes walk to King George St. Pancras Station. Good for those who plan to take an International train from there. Convenient to get to the tube or buses to shopping areas as well.

        A nice, modern and simple apartment with bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and perfect for sightseeing in London. Four stars because you can hear people in the other apartments, especially their nighttime activities ;-) and in the lower ground floor apartment you can hear the tubes at King's Cross. The tube isn't very loud but it's a constant buzzing because there are trains every thirty seconds. All in all we had a great time and would stay in the exact same apartment again.

        Unsafe, dirty and noisy environment, unattentive and unprofessional service. The environment of the house is dangerous, every night there were drunken fights and drug retailing at the door of the house, in the corner of the house there is a constant smell of marijuana and I saw the police acting and stopping people 3 times during my stay. Totally disappointed with the service provided by Concept Apartmen. The rooms are modern and well preserved but the economy rooms are in the underground floor and the apartment 2 has continuous problems of small vibrations by the subway unable to make it possible to study or rest in total tranquility. I booked 13 nights and on my 5th night I warned them of the problems I was having with the subway noise. The Booking Manager Nicole answered directly telling me that they could not do anything, they offered me no alternative and they stayed so calm knowing that a 2.300 euros customer was not resting well. This company is unprofessional, and they prove it through their reservations manager with the answers to their customers. Once you have booked, they will send you an email with all the obligations and penalties that the clients has in case you break or violate its rules, but if you have problems as a customer you must solve them yourself. During my stay the washing service was out of service all the time, they offered me to find a laundry by myself and they would pay me the service, the alarms rang for smoke in a room also and we had to turn them off among all the guests. They did not take note of my passport, name and signature at any time, I am working with the UK authorities and the EU consumer agency to know if what has happened to me is correct. I recommend any other type of accommodation with reception and customer service in a professional way, you can find other alternatives with cheaper breakfast included. If something happens to you in these types of establishments, you are not protected or have assistance, they are not responsible for the theft and the make it clear in their accommodation policy. Find another alternatives!

        Good Great position, a 2 min walk from Kings Cross Station Sainsburys and Tesco also a few mins away for those self catering Boris bike stand only a minute away on the same street (if you're into that sort of thing!) Easy and safe process for access, getting keys etc. Clean, tidy and modern Well equipped with pretty much everything you need to self cater in London for a week Free WiFi 24/7 A good shower! Nice and powerful, not a rubbish trickly thing Ours (Flat 5) had a Nespresso (bonus points for this!) Nice big wardrobe with plenty of hangers In the flat: a fan (we needed it during our July stay), heater (for those colder months), iron & board and hairdryer Bad Noisy on a night, doors slamming etc. (although you could potentially get this staying anywhere) Traffic from Euston Road audible (but you are a stones throw from Kings Cross so what do you expect?!) Only one easy chair but two of us staying: a minor thing really but would be nice for us to both be able to sit on a soft chair (I used a dining chair) Only one pillow per person (again minor but Im a two pillow girl!) Poor reception on the TV, even retuning it I couldn't get a stable picture. But on the flip side we weren't exactly using it all that much! Came back from a night out to find a lodger in the apartment of the cockroach variety. Really spoiled our overall impression of the place :-(
