King's Hotel Center was great! My travel partner and I very much enjoyed our 7-night stay in a double room. While the room was small, it was perfectly functional, comfortable, and very clean. We appreciated the mini-fridge, which was kept stocked with two free bottles of water every day plus a bottle of beer and a coke as a welcome gift. While there was no coffee machine in the room, there is a complimentary espresso machine in the hotel lobby that we used frequently. The front desk staff was wonderful. We were impressed by their ability to navigate the travel disruption caused by a massive snow storm in Munich in early December 2023.

This is our second time staying here and we look forward to returning again next year. The staff is outstanding! Always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and the gentleman working there is cheerful and kind. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, a restful oasis after a long day.

This is the absolute best hotel we stayed at on our entire trip, and that includes a literal palace. The rooms were large, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was extremely convenient in the middle of town. If I go back to München The Kings Hotel is on my short list.

Great location for a hotel just under 5 minutes from the Munich main station (Hbf). This offers great ease for exploring Munich due to the connectivity. Rooms are clean and fresh with the typical amenities available. While not exactly a double bed (please refer to photo, not sure if queen beds are available), it was comfortable for a good night's rest after exploring the city. Breakfast is separate at €17.50 per head and is a reasonable buffet style serving (scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, selection of cheeses, ham and fruits). Front desk staff are one of the friendliest and warmest lots around, explaining the self check in processes and helping out with visitors. A huge shout-out to the night staff (Mr Winkler if I'm not mistaken) who gave us a warm welcome every evening when we got back.

Great friendly hotel with multi lingual front desk happy to provide great service. Rooms were standard and comfortable. Outdoor terrace for relaxing and hot beverages available all the time in the lobby. Received 2 free beers as the front desk doubles as a small bar too. Near the Hauptbahnhof and near the Oktoberfest.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
