This is an excellent hotel in a great location in Munich. It is only about 5 minutes from the main train station by foot. The hotel itself seems to be in an older building but has been kept up nicely. The inside is very attractive with very rich decor. The entrance leads to an automated check-in kiosk and a comfortable lobby area where you can sit and have a beer or other drink and wait to check in or just relax. They also have a nice restaurant and bar area on the main floor for breakfast or dinner. Dinner has a limited but decent menu, including pizzas. My room was nicely furnished with plenty of storage options and places to sit. It includes a decent size desk, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. They have a very large (65"?) Smart TV with numerous channels and a number of English channels in audio or subtitles. My room was one with 2 double beds. They also have a room with a small kitchen. The local area offers a number of reasonable dining options and is safe to walk around. The staff is English speaking and friendly. I would definitely return here on another visit.

Great hotel within a short walk of the train station. If I had the option (and could afford it) I would stay here again! Rooms are impeccably clean, beds are super comfortable. Stayed in one of the suites and it was lovely! Hotel restaurant offerings are a little slim, with just pizza. But they were tasty, good quality, and do fine for a late or lazy night. Chocolate dessert was nice. Plenty of other restaurants nearby, too. Breakfast is very nice, if a little pricey. The only real drawback was that the windows have no soundproofing on a busy street, and they need blackout curtains that do a better job of covering the whole window. Tip: if you opt for the "green stay" option, you can get a $10 daily voucher to use on breakfast or dinner, which makes the price more palatable.

Nice well-kept hotel close to the main train station. Convenient to lots of transportation, including tourist buses and airport shuttle. Not too far to walk to many attractions. Several restaurants and other services in the area. We had a large, attractive room with lots of wood paneling and trim. Breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only request would be more English TV channels, as there's only two with news and one showing very odd movies.

2 month ago, I’ve been to there. As for me, here is perfect!! Location, facilities, kindness, convenience All of them are better than I expected. The best thing is breakfast service. It was a good. I can’t forget that service :D If I have a chance to travel München, I will reserve a here again! Thanks for good memory

Very nice hotel just a few blocks from the train station and within walking distance of many of the Altstadt's attractions. We arrived early so the staff happily stored our bags so we could visit the city on foot and with the public transportation. Our rooms were ready for us after lunch and they were clean, quiet and comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
