        Very dissapointed Aircon not working lifts not working tv not working they booked our room without telling us that these things are nor working. When we complaint about it they dont listen to us even the manager misbehaved kinda shouting as us

        Stayed at the Kings hotel last night. I was shocked at the amount of cockroaches that we're running around the room. One even climbed up the headboard as we were laying. The moment we turned off the lights the cockroaches started crawling trying to get to our food. I was really happy when we saw the room, nice big and spacious. But the water was also cold in the evening when I needed to take a shower. The bed was however very comfortable. I think I would definitely love to stay again as long as the cockroach issue is resolved

        Bought pap and meat for 65r and it felt like a joke.. for that amount..2 small pieces of beef I can’t even bite…straight muscles with baked beans .I tried to explain to the waiter that I felt like I was being robbed and no one cared to explain..Good vibes but not eating there again

        I’ve been very patient with everything and I do understand how difficult it is when it comes to stuff not working in the hotel as I’ve worked in hospitality for many years. I haven’t been able to use my tv since I got at the hotel due to signal issues. The reception staff were very helpful but they weren’t able to fix it since I arrived on March 11. At that moment no rooms were available to accommodate me with a working tv and better WiFi. On March 14 I was moved to a different room with much better WiFi and a working tv. I was very appreciative because my son loves watching tv. With that being said I could finish most of my work. However this evening when I went to use the bathroom I came across and infested bathroom full of roaches. There are many hiding in the grooves of the sliding doors as well as in the shower holes. There are lots of maintenance work to be done also especially for the safety of kids and others. March 15 I was moved to a different room with an infested room full of roaches also. I hope this matter can be resolved for future guests. The hotel manager Grant was informed and was very helpful.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
