I have to logging in to made this review which is I am not usually do. The place is in a small street, not much of a hidden place. Able to go for a walk and finding a good travel spot nearby. The proportion of the room was not bad. It is NOT very clean judging from the water stain in the washroom and the COCKROACH inside the room (I caught it on my camera too). There is no management for smoker and smoking smell. The whole floor have the smoking smell same at the reception floor and I haven’t had a good sleep due to the SMOKING SMELL LEAKING IN MY ROOM all night. The reception staff not speaking english and reluctant to help when I ask for some info of a good travel spot in shanghai. They said like I could find it on internet or app, I DO know it and just want some good advice from local people. If the reason is because of language barrier then the reception staff should be someone who is fluent in english or at least can communicate without using translation app all the time. There is no staff helping moving the luggages in the front gate. It was raining When I arrived at the place. no umbrella no staff helping, I mean no staff at the gate at all.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days on a business trip. Location: rather centrally located with easy access to malls and drinking spots within 10 minute radius. However, the entrance of the hotel at night is not obvious and it's easy to miss it due to it's location in a small, dimly-lit alley. Room: extremely spacious room even for a couple. However, the furniture looks slightly dated, and the arrangement of the furniture is a little bit weird (e.g. study table next to the bathtub and the opposite end of the living area). The floors and walls are a little bit dirty with stains so it's better to not walk around the room barefeet. The water heating is an issue as there is only very hot water available for both the shower and the bathtub. Air-conditioning is decent, if a little bit noisy. Facilities: only facility available was the cafe on the first floor, but the experience there was not ideal. Coffee was bad as the person did not know how to use the machine, and payment was an issue as they lacked small change. Food: the food for all days were pretty much the same. Could have a smaller variety with higher quality. Spring rolls were soggy, and other pastries were soaked in butter (fine for me, but may not be suitable for others). Only the coffee was decent. Overall a decent budget hotel for the price paid in Shanghai.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
