Probably one of the best/exclusive hotels I have ever stayed in. Service was top notch. I am a vegetarian and they did every possible thing to ensure that I have a great meal! If you request in advance they can do ton of vegan/vegetarian options. I loved every part of my 2 day stay. They are just so warm and the service definitely was great! We stayed in Sora and loved our onsen I think we went in it like 4/5 times a day.

Highlight of our 2 weeks' stay in Japan: the room was very spacious with a private onsen, the view looking over the bamboos was lovely, and food was tasty. Once we checked in, we did not want to leave the room at all. Would highly recommend this experience to couples looking for romantic getaways👍

The closest I’ve ever come to heaven. This is the most amazing luxury experience I could imagine. From the moment you drive up you are treated like royalty and the accommodations are nothing short of 5 star and far better than I’ve experienced anywhere else. The hot spring bath flows constantly and is always warm. The room is equipped with everything except for a TV which lets you unplug exactly as intended. The room had a fully stocked minibar with everything you could imagine all included. The service exceeds anything you will find in the Western hemisphere. If I have but one more wish in my time left in this life it will be to return to this place regularly to be restored in mind, body, and spirit.

Incredible place to stay. a deeply rich experience, and ultra relaxing atmosphere. At the time we stayed here, there was construction on a nearby mountain road, with a pile driver going most of the late morning, but evenings and early mornings are as peaceful as it gets. Get the traditional dinner. Service is amazing, food is amazing. The in-room hot spring tub really lets you know you're in a special place.

Has a premium and discreet feel about it; the place is well hidden and there's lots of dark wood, bamboo and gold tones throughout. Very attentive service and food quality was up there with other 4+ star Ryokan. It's good that the room has a separate dining space, and the outdoor bath was really fantastic. This area has a kind of milky onsen water, but thankfully no strong odours. Small thing but having a family mart a 2mins walk away is a bonus. Free fully stocked mini bar and a cool cocktail menu. Would definitely recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
