My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days in July and enjoyed every minute. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and the open air bath was relaxing. Our meals were delicious and the staff was very conscious of my husband's gluten and lactose intolerance and modified his dishes for him and ensured he knew that the dishes were safe for him to eat. I would gladly come back here in a heartbeat. I can only imagine how beautiful the scenery is in Autumn.

It was a lovely stay! Compared to other 5 star places there were elements that were a little strange. The thing that puts them over the edge was helping us figure out our complex transportation plan! The dinner also was exquisite and truly a 5 star experience. The weird thing was the room design that didn’t feel particularly functional and while it felt private, I tend to like open air meaning you can see the open air above you not just the pond next to you. The staff overall was willing to go above and beyond much appreciation for Haraguchi.

What an incredible stay. We got engaged during our trip to Hakone, and the staff went above and beyond to make our special moment even better. Absolutely a 5 star experience, best hotel we've stayed at, everything was completely taken care of. The onsen on the balcony is unbeatable, you won't want to leave the hotel. Both the Japanese and the western breakfast were very yummy and came with multiple courses of delicious foods. We hope to come back for our honeymoon some day :)

We stayed there for a night with my fiancée and absolutely loved it!!! The highlight of our trip to Japan. The rooms were splendid (huge bed, very spacious areas, individual onsen, outdoor shower with view over the surrounding nature), the service was spectacular (we were given traditional robes to wear during our stay, had unlimited sparkling wine during our stay to enjoy, were provided with advice on where to go to best enjoy Hakone and see Mount Fuji), and the food was absolutely delicious (we had both a dinner and breakfast that were exquisite; they also adapted to my fiancée’s diet as she doesn’t eat fish). I couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s probably among the top hotels I’ve stayed at. And will be back there if I ever go back to Hakone.

Outstanding experience. Yuuta San and other staff provided an amazing service. Having a glass of Japanese wine while enjoying the private onsen facing the bamboo forest, what else can one expect? Location was great if you like a super seclude experience. It’s near a bus stop so we could travel to owakutani and other tourist spots easily. The food was amazing, of course. The blue tea is a must try. We had the kaiseki dinner and every single dish was made exquisite and delicious. The portion was very large even for a big guy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
